Job Requirements
- Responsible for retail counter sales
- Build long term relationships with all customers
- Handle customer’s complaints and servicing issues
- Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales
- Housekeeping on showroom cleanliness and cleaning of jewelry and displaying
Other responsibility/requirements:
- Some product knowledge on jewelry and gemstones
- Strong interest and passion to work in customer-oriented, luxury retail environment
- Previous experience in exhibition sales and private events is an added advantage
- Independant, resourceful and self-motivated
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
Location: Orchard
