Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in their enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Build and establish relationships with customer for repeat business
• Maintain records of sales lead
• Responsible for processing payments of goods, issue receipts and guarantees
• Explain customizations of jewellery

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder
• Minimum 1 year work experience in retail sales preferred
• Good communication skills (Decent command of English is a must)
• Motivated team player with outgoing personality
• Able to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
• Able to commence work immediately is an advantage
