Responsibilities:

·         Assist customers in their enquiries and provide excellent customer service

·         Build and establish relationships with customer for repeat business

·         Maintain records of sales lead

·         Responsible for processing payments of goods, issue receipts and guarantees

·         Explain customizations of jewellery

Requirements:

·         Diploma / Degree Holder

·         Minimum 1 year work experience in retail sales preferred

·         Good communication skills (Decent command of English is a must)

·         Motivated team player with outgoing personality

·         Able to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays

·         Able to commence work immediately is an advantage
