Job duties:

• Achieve all sales targets
• Responsible for retail counter sales
• Build long term relationships with all customers
• Handle customer’s complaints and servicing issues
• Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales
• Housekeeping on showroom cleanliness and cleaning of jewelry and displaying
• Take charge of showroom register logs and product entry in POS and other system

Other responsibility/requirements:

• Some product knowledge on jewelry and gemstones
• Strong interest and passion to work in customer-oriented, luxury retail environment
• Previous experience in exhibition sales and private events is an added advantage
• Independant, resourceful and self-motivated
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
