Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) function

- Checking of documents

- Data entry into Excel and System

- Photocopying, faxing, sorting of documents

- Answering in-coming calls

- Carrying out general administration duties

- Any other adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

- Able to commence immediately or on short notice

- Good communication skill

- Customer service experience be advantage

- English & mandarin speaking and writing to liaise with clients

- No experience required

- Independent, meticulous, and resourceful

- Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to work with us
