We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in sales administration with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities includes tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, assisting with order processing, project management and fulfilment. The role also includes monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data. The position requires an ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines, attention to detail, dependable and a professional, supportive attitude:
  • Min. 1 year experience in a sales support / admin role
  • Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Is a good listener
  • Is honest under pressure and has integrity
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Has an excellent work record and a positive attitude
  • Strong skills using excel, powerpoint
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, prioritization and good with managing timelines
  • Able to maintain accurate pricing and quoting
  • Coordinate all sales and customer service functions
  • Must have a keen interest in gems, learning about the jewellery production process (Training will be provided)
