1) To play an important role in conceptualizing, developing and producing premium gifts, personal accessories, home decoratives and jewellery for B P De Silva and its brand.

2) To provide design and product development expertise and support to the following department within the Company, if required :-

a) Retail : to create and produce merchandising materials

b) Corporate Sales : to develop proposals and marketing collaterals

c) Marketing : to conceptualise and developing new products which we can market in our stores and through our distribution network
