full time International Sales Executive

at Nurture & Co (Anywhere)

Nurture & Co is a boutique producer and distributor of lab-grown precious stones. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated sales professional who is familiar with the wholesale gemstone industry and help us gain clients in the United States and Europe. Our prospective clients are jewellery chains, retailers, and indepedent jewelers who are looking at providing lab-grown, more eco-friendly alternative to mined precious stones.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects, generating leads, closing clients.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and/or in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Develop proposals, pricing, value-proposition and delivering presentations.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Build a great long-term relationship with both prospects and clients.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


Skills Required

  • Independent, self-motivated and high energy
  • Experienced with sales prospecting, negotiations and closing
  • Great presentation skills
  • Confident with sales targets
  • Comfortable in startup environment


This is a remote work position, flexible hours and comes with a basic salary and commissions based on sales achievement.
